Vehicle & Diagnostic Data: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN), year, make, model, trim, mileage logs, service histories, and maintenance schedules entered manually or linked across your family account dashboard. Uploaded Media & Document Scans: Photographs or digital uploads of auto repair quotes, mechanic estimates, and invoices submitted for artificial intelligence (AI) text recognition and analysis. Family & Household Fleet Data: Contact details, vehicle assignment records, and calendar integration tokens for secondary drivers on shared Pro Advisor Family accounts. Technical & Device Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, session activity, and interaction logs automatically collected via browser and application interactions.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us: • To provide, operate, and maintain the features and functionalities of AutoCalculated IQ. • To calculate localized price ranges (low, average, high) for auto repairs within a 15-mile radius of your location. • To process uploaded quote images through AI algorithms to generate price evaluations, negotiation scripts, and upsell flags. • To track vehicle mileage against manufacturer maintenance schedules and deliver automated service alerts to family plan administrators and drivers. • To execute One-Tap Emergency Roadside dispatches by sharing your location and vehicle details with third-party towing networks. • To process subscription payments, manage family fleet accounts, and communicate account notifications. • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the security and integrity of our application platform.

We disclose personal information only as described below: Infrastructure & Application Service Providers: We transmit data to third-party technical vendors—including application platforms (Base44), cloud storage providers, and AI text-recognition APIs—solely to run the application backend. Payment Processors: Payment card processing is handled securely by third-party PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers. Emergency Roadside Dispatchers: When you activate the One-Tap Emergency feature, your live location, phone number, vehicle details, and name are shared with third-party roadside assistance and towing operators to fulfill the service. In-App Request: Navigate to Account Settings > Delete Account within the AutoCalculated IQ application. Upon receipt of a verified request, all associated vehicle logs, user profiles, and account data will be permanently purged from our active databases within thirty (30) days.

Our application environment utilizes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL), role-based access control, and secured database management provided by our platform infrastructure.
